To weigh the Grécale wheeled base, simply fill it with sand, gravel, or concrete. Sand will provide a weight of 75kg, gravel 80kg, and concrete around 95kg. Please note: the Grécale base cannot be filled with water. For a 3x3m parasol, we recommend weighting the base with concrete.

Screws:
Stainless steel BTR screws included: 4 screws with Ø8mm thread + 4 washers per wheel.
Parasol attachment screws are not included (you can use the screws provided with your parasol).

Mast base tube not included.

The Grécale wheeled base for centre-pole parasols has square dimensions of 65x65x8cm. Once the wheels are mounted, the base reaches a height of 16.5cm. When empty, the wheeled base weighs 25.7kg. When filled with sand, it reaches a weight of approximately 75kg. When filled with gravel, it weighs about 80kg, and when filled with concrete, it weighs around 95kg.

The Grécale wheeled base for centre-pole parasols is made of galvanized steel. Its cover is crafted from aluminium (5000+) with a thickness of 2mm, coated with a textured matte anthracite grey powder paint (RAL 7012). The base features double wheels with stainless steel bearings and a galvanized steel support. Two out of the four wheels are equipped with a braking system

The Grécale wheeled base for centre-pole parasols is under warranty for 2 years.

To keep your wheeled base in good condition, here are some tips:

Rinse regularly with fresh water. Use a soft cloth and a mild soap, such as black soap, for routine cleaning. Avoid using harsh cleaning products or brushes. If the paint and undercoating are deeply scratched, apply a water-repellent varnish (either clear or matching the colour of your product, ideally two-component) to prevent water or air penetration and the formation of rust.

Shipping usually takes between 7 to 10 working days (excluding pre-order items). At checkout, you can choose the shipping service and carrier that suits you best. You will also have the option to select a delivery time slot. Deliveries are made to the ground floor of your property.
