The polyester fabric is our standard choice for both centre pole and cantilever parasols. It includes a 2-year warranty and is treated for UV protection, boasting an UPF of 50+. However, darker shades, like charcoal grey and taupe, may be more susceptible to fading. In contrast, our olefin and acrylic fabrics are designed to resist fading and mildew. They offer enhanced UV protection with an UPF of 80+ and come with a more extended 5-year warranty. Notably, the acrylic fabric features more pronounced micro-perforation compared to olefin, improving airflow and ensuring cooler conditions underneath. Our acrylic canopies are crafted in France by Dickson, a leading name in outdoor fabric, making them a superior choice for parasols.

All canopies offered on our website are compatible with Belveo parasols. To find out which model you should buy, you first need to know the size of your current parasol or the name of your model. To help you find the right canopy for your parasol, our canopies have the same name as our parasols and the size of the parasol is always indicated in the name. Thus, our Foehn canopy for 3x3m parasol will be compatible with the Foehn 3x3m parasol.

To change the canopy of your Belveo parasol, you just have to open the zips on each fibreglass rib and take out the ribs by bending them slightly. Once each fibreglass rib is out of its zip, you only have to unscrew the "cap" at the top of the parasol to be able to remove the cover, by passing it upwards. Now you can put the new canopy on your parasol, close the zip on each fiberglass rib, and screw on the cap.

You can wash the canopy with cold soapy water and leave it to dry outdoor. In winter, we advise you to store your parasol in a dry and sheltered place to extend its life. We also recommend that you use a protective cover to protect the canopy from moisture, mould and insects. Compatible covers are available on our website.
