Delivery

We aim to deliver your Belveo parasol within 1 to 5 working days (excluding pre-orders). This timeframe accommodates for the occasional variances in delivery schedules, ensuring we cover peak periods and unexpected delays.

Once you place your order on our website, it's promptly sent to our warehouse for preparation. In most cases, orders placed are dispatched the very next day! We quote a 5-working-day delivery window to account for potential unforeseen events such as strikes, public holidays, or unexpected road incidents that might affect the courier services.

Rest assured, we strive to get your order to you as swiftly and efficiently as possible, keeping you informed every step of the way.

Product care

Regularly rinse with fresh water and use a soft cloth with mild soap for routine maintenance. Avoid using corrosive products or brushes for cleaning. If the paint and undercoat are deeply scratched, apply a waterproof varnish (transparent or in the colour of your product, ideally bi-component) to prevent water/air penetration and rust formation.

Compatibility

Base compatible with all straight Belveo parasols: Harmattan

Product name

The names of our products correspond to winds. Specifically, the 'Grécale' wind blows in the south/southeast of France.

Single-piece design

Ensure simple and durable weighting

The structure of the wheeled base for straight parasols is designed as a single piece to avoid breakage due to assembly. Made using folded and welded steel plates, then dipped in a 450° zinc bath, it creates an anti-rust protective layer. This process is known as hot-dip galvanization. Just add the wheels and cover, and it's ready to use! A simple and effective product consisting of only three high-quality components.

Vos questions sur le pied à roulettes Grécale

How long will it take to be delivered?

We announce a delivery time of 1 to 5 working days. This means that you can sometimes be delivered earlier and sometimes a bit later, depending on the activity peaks.
Once you have placed an order on our website, your order will go directly to our warehouse to be packaged for delivery. Normally, once you make an order on our website it will be dispatched the next day! We estimate a delivery time of between 1 and 5 working days, taking into account unexpected circumstances that may arise ( strikes, public holiday or road works etc.).

What parasol base do I need?

We suggest that you first take into account your environment:
To each outdoor living configuration (terrace, garden, swimming pool, patio) and each type of ground (teak terrace, wooden terrace, stone terrace, grass terrace, paved terrace) its issues and its parasol base.

Then, it all depends on how you use your parasol. If the parasol is to remain stationary at all times, our slabs are ideal. But if you want absolute flexibility in the position of the parasol and want to move it easily, then our wheeled base is the perfect choice. In general, the wheeled base is the most suitable base.

What are the differences between the various wheeled bases available on your site?

The Ponant, Kona, and Grécale wheeled bases have 4 360° rotating casters, while the Meltem wheeled base has only 3 casters, with just one that rotates 360°. Additionally, extending and retracting the wheels requires four crank operations for the Meltem and Ponant, whereas only one operation is needed for the Kona. The Grécale base, on the other hand, has non-retractable casters. Regarding filling, this is done in dedicated containers for the Ponant and Kona wheeled bases, while it is done through a cap on the side of the base for the Meltem base. Finally, the Meltem wheeled base is compatible with all our offset parasols except the 3x4m offset parasols, whereas the Ponant and Kona wheeled bases are compatible with all our offset parasols. The Grécale base is compatible with all our straight parasols. In conclusion, the robustness of the Ponant wheeled base represents an upgrade from the Meltem wheeled base. The Kona and Grécale bases, meanwhile, are our most refined versions of the wheeled base, more ergonomic and design-forward than the Ponant.

How to install my wheeled base Grécale?

To install your Grécale wheeled base, you simply need to attach the 4 wheels to the base and weight the base with sand, gravel, or concrete. Caution: Do not fill with sea sand to avoid the risk of premature rusting.

Is it possible to buy spare parts to repair my base?

Yes, if you have a problem with your wheeled base we can send you spare parts free of charge if you are still under warranty. You can also purchase these spare parts if you are no longer under warranty. In all cases we would like to offer you the replacement option as we believe it is better to repair than to buy.
