To weight the Kona wheeled base with water and/or sand, simply lift the top cover and fill each of the 4 compartments. Once done, close the compartments and replace the cover.

To move the base, turn the crank to extend the wheels and raise them once the adjustment is complete.

Dimensions and weight

The Kona wheeled base for cantilever parasols has a square shape measuring 88x88x19cm. It weighs 28kg and, when fully weighted, reaches up to 130kg.

Weighting with water: total weight 92kg, weighting with sand: total weight 130kg, weighting with water + sand: total weight 147kg.

The recommended weight is 100kg for all our cantilever parasols and 120kg for the 3x4m cantilever parasol.

This wheeled base is not compatible with Belveo centre-pole parasols.

Materials

The Kona wheeled base for cantilever parasols features a grey anthracite plastic casing. Its frame is made of reinforced, anti-corrosion treated steel. The removable reservoirs are made of black plastic.

Equipped with 4 mobile 360° rotating wheels, the Kona wheeled base allows you to easily arrange your outdoor space and adjust your shading according to the sun's position. The wheels make moving your parasol effortless.

Warranties and maintenance

The Kona wheeled base for cantilever parasols is covered by a 2-year warranty.

To maintain your wheeled base in good condition, here are a few tips:

Rinse regularly with fresh water. Use a soft cloth and mild soap (like black soap) for routine cleaning. Avoid using abrasive products or brushes for cleaning.

Shipping

Shipping usually takes between 7 to 10 working days (excluding pre-order items). At checkout, you can choose the shipping service and carrier that suits you best. You will also have the option to select a delivery time slot. Deliveries are made to the ground floor of your property. To estimate your shipping costs, simply add products to your basket and click on the i next to the estimated delivery date for a cost simulation. For orders containing pre-order items, we’ll ship as soon as all items are in stock.
